Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-14 business days on all preordered units. If units are ready to ship they will be sent out within 2-5 business days. Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Shipping time is how long it takes for your order to be delivered once it’s been shipped. Processing time is how long it takes SVB to complete your order. Shipping time or speed is determined by your shipping selection at checkout. Please remember that processing time varies depending on the season. Peak seasons are usually holiday time, graduation / prom, and wedding season.

BYOB wig construction services  have a turn around time of 3-5 business days. For custom orders please allow 7-14 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 48-72 hours to update all shipping info.
